These terms apply to every order placed on www.pinpmeup.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are. Pinp Me Up is operated by Joy and Happyness Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14578783), registered office Flat 62, Fairfield, Arlington Road, London, NW1 7LE, United Kingdom. You can reach us through our Contact page.

Products and prices. We show every pin as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on screen, and enamel pins are made by hand, so small variations are normal. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Your order. Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched. If an item is out of stock or we cannot fulfil your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy.

Returns and refunds. You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund policy. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are not affected.

Designs and content. The photos, text and original designs on this website belong to Pinp Me Up and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Liability. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Your information. We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
