Refund policy

Free returns within 14 days, no questions asked.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. Returns are free for UK customers: fill in the form on our Start a Return page with your order number, and we will email you a QR code and simple instructions to send your pins back to us.

Please return pins unused, with their original backing card where possible. Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any delivery cost.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
