Shipping policy

Free UK delivery on every order, no minimum spend.

All UK orders are sent by standard post and usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch. Every pin is packed with care in Camden, London.

Free pin over £30. Spend £30 or more and choose a free pin from our free pin collection.

International orders. Where we ship outside the UK, the delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Customs and import duties. Orders sent outside the UK may be charged customs fees, import duties or local taxes by the destination country. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or delivery charges, and are paid by the customer on delivery.

Lost or late parcels. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), please contact us with your order number and we will help.
