We're a small (but very enthusiastic) two-person-and-a-lot-of-pins kind of business — no call centre, no army of assistants, just us, a hot glue gun, and probably a cup of tea going cold somewhere nearby.

We read every single message and we will reply — please just allow us 48–72 hours to get back to you (a little longer over weekends and bank holidays, when we're off pretending to relax). If we're a bit slow, it's not because we're ignoring you — we're probably elbow-deep in enamel and packing someone's new favourite pin.
